Refund Policy

1. Conditions for Refund

A refund may be granted under the following conditions:

  • (1) Your payment was declined.
  • (2) The recharge failed because the recipient account does not exist or because of other verifiable technical issues.

2. What happens if I recharge the wrong account?

Important Notice: VeloxGame regrets any loss you may have incurred. However, to maintain a healthy platform ecosystem and provide better service to our valued users, we shall not be held liable for any errors resulting from user negligence, from the provision of false or incorrect information, or from any other user-related causes. Once an order is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please pay special attention to the following:

  1. Before making a payment, please carefully verify all recharge details and delivery information you have entered.
  2. If a recharge fails because the account you entered does not exist, the order will be automatically refunded after verification. Please refer to the refund process detailed below.
  3. Please ensure all recharges are made on a fully voluntary basis. We strongly advise against making recharges for game accounts belonging to third parties.
  4. If you purchase a code-based product (e.g., a gift card or game key), do not disclose the code(s) you receive to any third party.
  5. During peak periods, recharges may experience delays. Please wait patiently. If the delivery is significantly delayed (e.g., exceeds 3 business days), please contact our Online Customer Service for assistance.

3. How Refunds are Processed

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card.
  • If you used a funding source other than a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account balance on our platform.
  • If you used a combination of a credit card and another funding source, the portion paid by credit card will be refunded to the credit card, and the remaining amount will be credited to your account balance.

Please note: It may take up to 30 days for a credit card refund to appear on your credit card statement. The exact timing depends on your bank's processing time.

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be initiated by contacting our Customer Service team. You will need to provide the reason for the refund, such as:

  • Incorrect purchase
  • Duplicate order
  • Unprocessed order
  • Other reasons
