Policy and Account Security Statement

To effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of all platform users and to comply with applicable global laws, regulations, and supervisory requirements, VeloxGame has established this "Know Your Customer" (KYC) Policy and Account Security Management Framework. Please carefully review the following provisions, which constitute the foundation and prerequisite for your use of VeloxGame's services.

1. Account Registration and Credit Evaluation

  • To gain full access to all services offered by the platform, you are required to register a VeloxGame account and truthfully provide all necessary personal information.
  • You explicitly acknowledge and consent that, as part of the account registration and risk management process, VeloxGame reserves the right to conduct a credit evaluation on you.
  • Such credit evaluation may include inquiries to legally authorized credit bureaus or reporting agencies to comprehensively assess your creditworthiness.
  • You undertake to actively cooperate with VeloxGame upon request to complete the credit evaluation process, including but not limited to signing relevant authorization documents and providing supplementary materials as required.

2. Accuracy and Integrity of User Identity Information

  • You warrant that all identity information provided during registration and subsequent use is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that you will promptly update such information if any changes occur.
  • VeloxGame shall assign you a unique User ID, upon which you may set an account password and/or security code, and you must strictly adhere to the security policies issued by the platform.

Responsibility for Information Accuracy:

You irrevocably undertake that any losses, costs, or legal liabilities arising from your provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information shall be borne solely by you, and you shall indemnify VeloxGame against any resultant damages.

User ID Regulations:

VeloxGame reserves the right, in accordance with platform policies, to determine whether the chosen User ID violates public order and morality, and to suspend or terminate the relevant account without prior notice.

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

Should the user fail to comply with the foregoing provisions, VeloxGame shall have the right to terminate the user's account and associated service access.

3. Compliance Requirements for Identity Verification

To ensure the security and compliance of platform operations, VeloxGame shall conduct periodic or ad hoc identity verifications in accordance with regulatory requirements to confirm the legitimate ownership of accounts.

This identity verification process is mandatory and serves, but is not limited to, the following purposes:

  • Fulfilling Statutory Obligations:
    Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and other relevant regulations aimed at preventing illicit financial activities.

  • Safeguarding Account Security:
    Prompt detection and response to any unauthorized or suspicious account activities, protecting user interests.

  • Resolving Ownership Disputes:
    Fair resolution of any disputes or claims regarding account ownership.

4. Service Modifications and Access Control

  • VeloxGame reserves the right, under applicable laws and regulations, to adjust, modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the platform services at any time, with or without prior notice, depending on the circumstances.
  • Additionally, VeloxGame may, at its sole discretion and for the purpose of maintaining system stability and security, restrict certain functionalities or user access to parts or all of the services.
  • Such adjustments and restrictions shall not give rise to any form of liability or obligation to compensate users.

5. User Obligation to Report Security Incidents

  • Users shall maintain continuous vigilance and monitoring of their account security.
  • In the event of any actual or suspected unauthorized access, password compromise, hacking, or other security incidents involving the account, users must promptly notify VeloxGame.

6. Transaction Liability

  • Prior to VeloxGame's formal receipt of notice regarding account misuse, all transactions initiated using the user's account credentials shall be deemed authorized by the user, and the user shall bear full responsibility for such transactions.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized use.
