1. Product Information & Liability Disclaimer

  • 1.1 All product information displayed on the VeloxGame platform (including but not limited to text, images, specifications, versions, descriptions, pricing, and service policies) is independently provided by third-party sellers or information providers. The accuracy, authenticity, and legality of such content are solely the responsibility of the information provider.
  • 1.2 VeloxGame makes no express or implied warranties as to the completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any displayed information. All content is provided for reference only.

2. Pricing & Order Terms

  • 2.1 Product prices are determined by those displayed at the time of order placement. Prices may vary by region, currency, or promotional activity.
  • 2.2 In the event of system errors or data inaccuracies, VeloxGame reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue refunds within a reasonable timeframe.
  • 2.3 Unless expressly agreed to in writing by VeloxGame, all confirmed orders are deemed final, non-cancellable, and non-editable. VeloxGame reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

3. User Conduct

  • 3.1 Users must be of legal age or have obtained their guardian's consent to engage in transactions on the platform.
  • 3.2 Users shall act in good faith and refrain from engaging in fraudulent transactions, price manipulation, system interference, or infringement of rights.
  • 3.3 VeloxGame bears no responsibility for losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.

4. Force Majeure & Service Interruption

4.1 The platform shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, misuse, delays, or transaction failures caused by the following circumstances:

  • Errors or misleading information provided by third-party content;
  • Losses resulting from user errors, such as account leaks, incorrect payments, or inaccurate information input;
  • Service interruptions or order delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, system failures, government measures, or major epidemics;
  • Scheduled system maintenance, upgrades, technical malfunctions, or unexpected outages of the platform;
  • Service restrictions or failure to fulfill obligations due to legal reasons such as investigations or fund freezes by government authorities.

4.2 VeloxGame will provide advance notice for foreseeable maintenance or upgrades. No liability shall be assumed for unplanned outages due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Special Product Disclaimer

  • 5.1 Digital goods (such as game cards, CD Keys, virtual currencies, memberships, live streaming tokens, or direct top-ups) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable once sold, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • 5.2 Users are solely responsible for verifying account information, server details, recharge amount, or other submitted details. VeloxGame shall not be held liable for losses resulting from user errors.

6. Data & Privacy

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • 8.1 VeloxGame reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. The revised version shall take effect upon publication.
  • 8.2 Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
