Electric has long been one of the most awkward attributes in Zenless Zone Zero. It has strong individual Agents, but compared with Frost, Ether, and the newer high-ceiling teams, Electric often feels like an attribute waiting for one more missing piece. Version 2.7 finally brings Cissia, a new S-Rank Electric Attack Agent, alongside Seed’s rerun. The question is simple: does Electric finally have a real top-tier core, or is it still stuck in “prison”?

T0.5: Cissia

Cissia is the biggest reason Electric teams are being discussed again in Version 2.7. She has strong numbers, simple execution, and excellent value when paired with Seed. For players who already own Seed and want to push an Electric Attack team further, Cissia is close to a must-pull.



That said, Cissia is not a universal Electric savior. Her current value is heavily tied to Seed. In other teams, she can still contribute damage and utility, but she does not instantly become the best option everywhere. This is why placing her at T0.5 feels more accurate than calling her a true T0 Agent.


Why Cissia ranks so high

Cissia’s biggest strength is that she fixes several practical problems for Seed teams. She adds extra damage, improves team flow, and makes the overall rotation easier to execute. Unlike some older Electric Agents that need too much field time or awkward setup, Cissia gives the team a cleaner damage structure.


She is also future-proof to some degree. If HoYoverse releases more Electric Attack characters later, Cissia may become even more valuable as an Electric-focused damage support or sub-DPS piece. But for now, her strongest identity is clear: she is Seed’s best partner in Version 2.7.


Should you pull Cissia?

Pull Cissia if you already have Seed, plan to build an Electric Attack team, or want a simple high-output character for the current Electric core. Skip or wait if you do not own Seed, are saving for a future Void Hunter-level Agent, or need a more universal support for multiple teams.


T1: Seed

Seed finally feels complete in Version 2.7. Before Cissia, Seed had strong potential but lacked the perfect partner to make her team feel fully self-contained. With Cissia, her team logic becomes much cleaner: strong damage, comfortable operation, and enough synergy to compete with many modern Attack teams.



Seed still does not reach the level of the game’s most dominant Void Hunter or premium meta teams. However, within the Attack category, she is now one of the stronger and easier-to-use options. Her value comes from consistency rather than complicated execution.


Why Seed is still not T0

Seed is powerful, but she does not completely break the game. Her best team still needs proper investment, and her ceiling depends heavily on whether you have Cissia and the right support setup. Without that structure, Seed becomes strong but not irreplaceable.


For most players, Seed is now the best Electric main DPS choice in ZZZ 2.7. She is not the absolute strongest DPS in the game, but she is the most complete Electric carry after Cissia’s release.


T1: Tsukishiro Yanagi

Tsukishiro Yanagi has aged better than many early Electric units because her core value is not just raw damage. As an Anomaly character built around Polarity Disorder, Yanagi benefits whenever the meta shifts back toward Anomaly teams.



With newer Anomaly teammates and stronger team options available in the later Version 2.x environment, Yanagi has regained relevance. She is no longer the flashy new release, but she still offers enough damage logic and team value to sit comfortably in T1.


Why Yanagi remains valuable

Yanagi’s biggest advantage is that she does not need to compete directly with Seed as a pure Attack carry. She belongs to a different team structure. When Anomaly is favored by enemy design or available support options, Yanagi can still perform very well.


She is especially valuable for players who already invested in her and have the right Anomaly partners. For new players, however, she may not be the first Electric character to prioritize unless they specifically want to build around Disorder teams.


T2: Soldier 0 - Anby

Soldier 0 - Anby has received buffs before, but her overall standing remains only average in Version 2.7. She can benefit indirectly from Cissia’s arrival, but their synergy is not strong enough to completely change her ranking.



Her problem is not that she is unusable. The problem is that she does not yet have the ideal team infrastructure to push her into the top tier. She needs a stronger follow-up-focused support or a more specialized team environment before she can truly shine.


Current verdict on Soldier 0 - Anby

Soldier 0 - Anby is still playable, especially for players who enjoy her mechanics or already have investment in her build. But from a meta perspective, she is not a priority over Seed, Cissia, or Yanagi. She feels like a character waiting for one more major support piece.


T2: Asaba Harumasa

If you own Asaba Harumasa, congratulations — at this point, you are basically an old-school ZZZ player. He has gone a long time without a rerun, but after receiving base stat improvements, his single-target performance has become much more respectable.



Harumasa can still work as a solo carry with strong supports. His damage is not embarrassing, and in some matchups he can outperform older or weaker main DPS options from other attributes. However, he lacks the team momentum and modern synergy that make the newest carries feel effortless.


Why Harumasa is T2

Harumasa is good enough to clear content with investment, but he is rarely the best answer. He has value for players who already built him, but he is not the kind of character most accounts should chase unless they like his gameplay or design.


T2: Qingyi

Qingyi deserves respect. As a Version 1.1 character, she remained relevant for a surprisingly long time. She helped teams with Zhu Yuan, Harumasa, and other older DPS units, and she had a long run as one of the most reliable Stun options in the game.



However, the meta has moved on. As parry requirements and faster team structures become more important, on-field Stun characters are no longer as comfortable as they used to be. Qingyi is still usable, but she has slowly shifted from “premium solution” to “legacy strong option.”


Is Qingyi still worth using?

Yes, if you already own her and have teams that benefit from her Stun role. No, if you are asking whether she is still a must-pull or a top Electric priority in Version 2.7. Her era was strong, but she is no longer the centerpiece of Electric’s future.


T2: Trigger

Trigger is a flexible off-field Stun character who can fit into many teams outside her intended follow-up setups. That flexibility is useful, especially for players who lack perfect premium options.



The issue is her numbers. Trigger often feels like a comfortable transitional pick rather than a final best-in-slot choice. At higher investment, especially around 1+1 setups, she becomes much more convincing. But at low investment, she is more practical than powerful.


Trigger’s real value

Trigger is valuable because she widens your team-building options. She helps accounts that need a general Stun solution and can support multiple lineups. But in optimized endgame teams, she often falls outside the strongest final compositions.


T3: Grace Howard

Grace Howard is one of the clearest victims of Electric’s long-term weakness. As a standard S-Rank Agent, she has always faced an uphill battle, and even after buffs, she still struggles to justify a serious meta slot.



Grace can work for dedicated fans, and with high-investment teammates she can still clear rewards at the margin. But that is exactly the problem: she needs too much help to produce results that newer teams can reach more easily.


Why Grace is so low

Grace is not unplayable, but she is outdated. Her damage profile, team value, and investment efficiency are all weaker than modern alternatives. Unless you are a Grace main, she is hard to recommend in Version 2.7.


T3: Rina

Rina, also known as Alexandrina Sebastiane, has fallen even harder. Her buffs are short, her feel is clunky, and her numerical value is not strong enough compared with newer supports. Even with Mindscape investment, she often fails to compete with more accessible or more efficient support choices.



The harsh truth is that Rina currently has almost no mainstream team where she feels like the best answer. For a standard S-Rank support, that is a rough place to be.


Can Rina still be used?

Technically, yes. Practically, most players have better options. Rina may still have personal or collection value, but from a meta perspective, she is one of the weakest Electric S-Rank characters in ZZZ 2.7.


Is Electric Still the Weakest Attribute in ZZZ?

Electric is better than it was before Cissia, but it is still not the strongest attribute in Zenless Zone Zero. Cissia and Seed finally give Electric a convincing modern Attack core, while Yanagi keeps the attribute relevant in Anomaly-focused environments.


The problem is depth. Once you move beyond Cissia, Seed, and Yanagi, the quality drops quickly. Soldier 0 - Anby needs more support, Qingyi is aging, Trigger is more flexible than dominant, and Grace and Rina are clearly behind the modern curve.


So yes, Electric is improving — but it still feels like an attribute waiting for one more major release.


Pulling Advice: Who Should You Prioritize?

If you already own Seed, Cissia is the highest-value Electric pull in Version 2.7. She directly improves Seed’s best team and makes the lineup feel far more complete.


If you do not own Seed, the decision becomes more complicated. Pulling Cissia without Seed may still be useful for the future, but her current value drops. In that case, you may want to save unless you really like her design or expect to build Electric long-term.


For players focused purely on account strength, the priority looks like this:



Final Verdict

Cissia does not completely save Electric by herself, but she gives the attribute something it desperately needed: a powerful, easy-to-use, modern team piece. With Cissia and Seed together, Electric finally has a team that feels complete enough to recommend.


Still, Electric remains one of the more restricted attributes in ZZZ. Its top end is strong, but its old units are clearly showing their age. For now, the Electric ranking is simple: Cissia sits at the top, Seed and Tsukishiro Yanagi form the real competitive core, and the rest are either situational, aging, or waiting for future support.


If a future Electric Void Hunter arrives, the entire attribute could change overnight. Until then, Cissia is the best reason to take Electric seriously again in Version 2.7.
